REGISTER A RETURN PACKAGE

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE?

No problem! You can return your items up to 14 days after delivery. First register your return online via the steps below.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only register your return via our online return portal. We are not a physical store.

1. Check that your order is complete (original condition, price tag attached, not worn, etc.).
2. Add the (attached) invoice document and write on it that it concerns a return and which items are being returned.
3. Click HERE to create your return label. Fill in your order number and zip code.
4. Print out the return label.
5. Place the new return label over the shipping label or remove the shipping label.
6. Take the parcel to a DPD parcelshop. Find a parcelshop near youhere .
7. Take a picture of your label, so you can track the package with the track & trace code.

Send us an e-mail and we will give you the address of our warehouse. The costs of the return are not included and will be for your own costs.

RETURN POLICY

Your order on ANTRACITE.COM can be returned within 14 days. The return costs are only €4.95. When crediting the amount, €4.95 will be deducted per order. Do you want to return multiple orders in 1 package? Then contact us.

As soon as we have received the package, we will credit the money. You will receive a confirmation of this. We aim to have processed all returns within 14 working days and transfer the money back to you.
