At you can have your order shipped however you want. All our shipments are handled by DPD.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 17:00 on weekdays, then we ship your order the same day. If you order on Friday after 5 p.m. or on the weekend, we will ship your order the next working day (Monday). If we cannot deliver your order (on time), we will contact you within 1 working day.

  1. What are the shipping costs?

All orders in the Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered for free. Charges apply for additional DPD services.

  1. What shipping methods can I choose?

In the Netherlands you can have your order delivered to your home or work address or pick it up at a DPD pick-up location. Some orders are delivered with a letterbox package including track & amp; route.

  1. How will my order be shipped?

All our orders are sent with DPD or when shipments are made outside the Netherlands and Belgium by one of its partners. In the Netherlands and to the main destinations abroad, orders can be followed via Track & amp; Trace.

Always check on receipt that your package is unopened and undamaged. If there is no response, the order is offered a second time. You can adjust this yourself. More information about this service can be found at

If a second delivery is not possible, the order can be picked up at one of the DPD pick-up locations. Collection is not possible outside the Netherlands, always choose a delivery address abroad where the order can be received.
