The story of Peak Performance
Peak Performance was started by four men with a great love for skiing. Stefan Engström, one of the founders, is a world-class skier with a World Cup to his name. Peter Blom is the editor-in-chief of Sweden's largest ski magazine and Christer Mårtensson is an art director and designer. Soon after, former skier Jonas Ottonson joined the group. This is where the Peak Performance team starts.
From ski clothing to functional clothing
The men initially looked for a reason to be able to spend longer and more often in the Åre ski area in the Swedish mountains, where they loved spending time. The founders missed functional clothing that also looked cool while skiing. Peak Performance ski clothing became a great success and is available at the best stores and the best ski brands. This made the world want more than just ski clothing from Peak Performance!
The men therefore decided to expand the collection to more than just ski items, but also other casual items suitable for every day. So clothes that men actually want to wear and not just high in the mountains on the slopes. From this ski clothing, Peak Performance has taken all the technical know-how to set up a beautiful casual brand. They combine this knowledge about functionality and quality with a modern design, making this clothing functional and super cool!
